This photo was published in the April issue of the German 'Tomorrow' magazine, as part of their 'Best of Flickr' feature.
The photo was taken on June 2007, in Stratford-Upon-Avon, England - the birth place of William Shakespeare. It shows the famous Stratford's Jester statue, done by sculptor James Butler.
The statue is placed on Henley Street, near Shakespeare's Birthplace. The Jester is standing on a base which has four inscriptions from the Shakespeare's work on it.
